Knitting
Every garment starts with precision knitting. Using advanced circular and flat machines, we convert premium yarns into fabrics with uniform GSM, width, and stretch. Continuous monitoring ensures structural strength and consistency, laying a reliable foundation for high-quality garments and advanced fashion treatments.
Dyeing
Color defines the fabric. Our dyeing units deliver vibrant, eco-friendly shades with excellent fastness. Beyond reactive and pigment dyeing, we specialize in tie & dye, panel dyeing, and fashion finishes, ensuring uniform penetration, durability, and unique visual character tailored to customer requirements worldwide.
Washing
Post-dyeing, fabrics undergo specialized washing to enhance softness, stability, and performance. We provide distress and acid washes, gold standard silicone softening, and other advanced finishes, delivering premium comfort, longevity, and distinctive style. Each treatment prepares fabrics for finishing while ensuring global quality standards are met.
Compacting
To ensure dimensional stability, fabrics are compacted with precision. This process minimizes shrinkage, enhances drape, and delivers a smoother surface. Compacting ensures fabrics remain consistent and production-ready, providing both durability and flexibility for advanced garment treatments and finishing processes with reliable quality outcomes.
Mercerising
Mercerisation upgrades fabrics by treating them under controlled tension with caustic soda. This strengthens fibers, boosts dye affinity, and adds lasting luster. The result is richer, smoother fabrics with enhanced brilliance, ideally suited for premium apparel, fashion-forward garments, and high-performance textile applications globally.
Stitching
The final transformation is stitching, where fabric becomes fashion. Our skilled workforce and modern machinery deliver flawless garments with precision. Using invisible stitching techniques for clean finishes, combined with strict quality checks, we ensure durability, comfort, and design excellence that meets international standards.
